Fryksås' Julbord - Christmas Smorgasbord

Visit Fryksås in December and get into the Christmas spirit. With a fire crackling in the fireplace, you start the evening with a glass of our mulled wine before taking your seats in the dining room to enjoy a genuine Swedish tradition, the Julbord. The view of the lakes and all the lights twinkling in the darkness add to the experience.

 

Owner Mathias and Chef de Cuisine Erik, have selected their favorites and carefully prepared an updated version of the classic Swedish Christmas Smorgasbord, presented in seven servings. Cold dishes are served at the buffet and the hot dishes are served at the table. Scroll down to explore the menu.
